On Saturday we spent the day in The Hudson Bay Hotel, with Karl Henry for a full day of workouts and lectures. Karl is a fitness expert on Operation Transformation on RTE 1.
We also got a complimentary copy of his new book - 'Real Results' - The Ultimate Health and Fitness Guide. His book covers Nutrition, Excercise and Motivation. It is having the motivation to start and staying at it is the hardest part. So here's to a new and Healty & Fit Lifestyle!!!!
